We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. By continuing to use our website and services, you agree to any changes. For purposes of this Agreement, Stronghold Roofing may be referred to as "We," "Us," or "Our," while Customer or Client may be referred to as "You" or "Your."
I. Roofing Services
Stronghold Roofing provides professional roofing and exterior construction services in Tennessee, including:
When requesting a service, you must provide contact information, property details, and project requirements. Large-scale projects may require a custom quote. All scheduling is subject to availability, and appointments have a two-hour arrival window to accommodate unforeseen delays.
II. Scheduling and Confirmation
Confirmation: Booking a service online does not guarantee an appointment for a specific date or time. Scheduling conflicts may arise, and a representative will confirm your appointment via email or phone.
Time Frames: Services are scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday appointments may be available upon request. Customers must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time, or provide necessary instructions for entry.
Lockout Fee: If our team arrives and cannot access the property due to locked gates, security restrictions, or unavailability, a $150 lockout fee will apply.
III. Payment
Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, checks, and financing options through approved lenders.
Payments for services are due per the terms outlined in your estimate or contract.
Deposits: A deposit is required for material procurement before scheduling work. The job may require a 50% upfront deposit to ensure material costs are covered. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
Financial Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all agreed-upon costs. Unpaid balances may incur collection costs, attorney fees, damages, and interest.
IV. Refunds
Due to the nature of our work, refunds are not offered. However, we stand by our workmanship and will address any service issues reported within 48 hours of project completion.
V. Customer Service
Customers should contact our support team via email or phone with any concerns. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours.
VI. Right to Refuse Service
Stronghold Roofing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
If our team must leave the job site for any of these reasons, a $2500 cancellation fee may be applied.
VII. Cancellations
72-Hour Notice: Cancellations or reschedules require a minimum of 72 hours' notice to avoid inconvenience and cancellation fees. Notification must be given via email AND phone.
Lockouts: If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time and no prior arrangements have been made, a $500 fee will apply.
VIII. Security and Access
Access: By scheduling a service, you grant Stronghold Roofing access to the property for inspections and work.
Security Systems: If a security system is in place, you must provide instructions or temporary codes for access. Failure to do so may result in delays and additional fees.
Keys and Gate Access: Customers are responsible for ensuring that work areas are accessible. We are not liable for theft or damage if entry instructions involve unsecured access points.
IX. Equipment and Materials
Stronghold Roofing provides all necessary tools and materials for roofing services. We are not responsible for damages resulting from the use of customer-provided materials.
X. Special Instructions and Liability
Permit and Code Compliance: We ensure that all work meets local building codes. However, customers are responsible for obtaining HOA approvals or special permits unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Weather Delays: Roofing and exterior work are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe conditions.
Limited Liability: While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing structural conditions, hidden defects, or unforeseen issues beyond our control.
